3-6 June 2017, Moscow hosted the Red Square book festival dedicated to the birthday of Alexander Pushkin and the Day of the Russian Language. The event featured publications by the leading museums and cultural institutions such as the State Hermitage Museum, the Russian Museum, the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, State Tretyakov Gallery and others, including a joint stand of the IN ARTIBUS foundation and The Art Newspaper Russia.

The Red Square Festival is an annual book festival held in Red Square dedicated to literature and reading.

The festival was first held in 2015, and now has become an annual event. More than 400 publishers from all over Russia presented fiction, children’s, educational and popular science literature.
